Công việc của tôi phải tiếp xúc với rất nhiều khách hàng mỗi ngày, mỗi kh mỗi tính khác nhau, có người rất dễ chịu, cũng có người thật khó tính, họ có thể nổi nóng với bất kỳ lý do gì. Đơn cử như vào những ngày đầu tuần, kh rất đông, và việc chờ đợi để làm theo thứ tự là đương nhiên. Họ là một trong số đó, họ không muốn fải chờ đợi, làm ầm lên nói là có việc gấp và yêu cầu được làm ngay. Đối với trường hợp này cần fải giải quyết như sau:

Nói nhỏ nhẹ với khách hàng: Tôi hiểu anh mong muốn được làm liền nhưng cũng có rất nhiều người đến trước anh và họ vẫn còn đang ngồi đợi. Chúng tôi luôn ưu tiên cho những người phải chờ đợi lâu nhất, vậy để em hỏi xem họ có đồng ý nhường cho a trước không, nếu được em sẽ làm cho anh trước, e giải quyết như vậy anh có đồng ý không? (Phải nói thêm trong trường hợp này cũng cần xem xét theo loại khách hàng như: Nếu khách hàng là người già, phụ nữ mang thai, ẵm theo con nhỏ hoặc là kh vip thì linh động mà ưu tiên giải quyết trước để tạo sự hài lòng tốt nhất cho khách hàng.)

To relate Telling a difficult event situation in my job that I met and how to be solved:

In a day/ (every working day), I usually contact many people with plenty of customers, one customer, one different personality. Person is comfortable, another person is prissy. They can grow /(get) angry with any reason. For example: at the first days of week, my company have a great number of customers, and so waitting to be resolved in ascending is naturally [ using Passivoice dùngbị động]. They He /she are is one of them, they don’t that person doesn’t want to wait for a long time, always shout and tell that he/she have was in too much of a hurry/ (he was in an awful hurry) hurry things, to make repeated request for do his/her problem quickly. With these cases, we should solve as follows:

Talk with gentle tones to that customer: “I know you desire to be do resolved immediately but also have a large number of people come here first you and they are still waiting for me . We always give priority to those who have waited longest. So let me ask for them whether they are agree with me about resign you, don’t they? If to get, I will do for you first, I solve as like that, are you agree?”

(Add that, in this case, we should have recosider kind of customer as: if they are old people elderly, pregnant woman, lead baby holding the small child, or VIP, we must have flexile that giving priority to solve; this will make the best pleased for the custommers)
